QC Support
We prioritize product quality as our lifeline, utilizing state-of-the-art testing equipment and skilled personnel. Our capabilities include routine component analysis, moisture testing, and metal impurity testing, ensuring strict quality control. With years of accumulated experience, our team excels in these areas. Key products from each batch are sampled and tested per our SOP, and only approved items are shipped. We retain all test samples for one year post-expiry for follow-up and investigation.

QP Support
Out quality department focuses on setting clear quality objectives and understanding customer needs alongside regulatory requirements. This process includes developing workflows and procedures to meet these standards, ensuring that necessary resources like materials and personnel are available, and identifying potential risks with plans to mitigate them. QP is essential for consistently meeting customer expectations and complying with regulations.
